Announcing the Fall 2025 OIS Bulldog Theater Production of
"The Day the Internet Died"
On a sunny day in the town of Bloomington, a devastating occurrence happens. No, it’s not famine, or floods, or loss of your basic rights. The internet has gone down! And it will continue to be down! For a week! A whole week! Pandemonium! In a world that is so dependent on the internet for shopping, mailing, and posting pictures of cute babies, how will society function? Not well as it turns out…
Theatre actor and OIS parent Ali Kozoll will lead two casts in rehearsing a non musical with a performance on the Miramonte Main Stage! Discover your inner thespian!
Rehearsals start this Tuesday or Wednesday!!

Two Casts: Tuesdays 3:40-5:10pm OR Wednesdays 2-3:30pm. The Tuesday cast is currently smaller, so there may be more opportunity for your actor to shine.
Performances on Friday and Saturday, November 14 and 15 on the Miramonte Main Stage!
Registration fee is $400 and includes a T-Shirt. For scholarship opportunities, please contact the theater manager before registering.
OIS Student Tech Crew will join on October 28 or 29. Registration will open in mid October for tech.
IMPROV
Improv performer, coach and OIS parent Michelle Swaney will lead a fun filled Improv class. Through exercises and games, students will work together to spontaneously create funny stories and characters, always in a supportive and collaborative environment. Improv fosters confidence, creativity, and connection. Classes will culminate in a hilarious Improv performance of short-form games. Come try Improv and discover a new sense of creativity and play!
Two Troupes: Wednesdays 2pm-3:30pm OR Fridays 3:40-5:10pm
Rehearsals start September 5 and 10 in the Library at OIS
Show on Tuesday, December 9
Registration opens here on Wednesday, August 20 at noon. (There are 16 spots for each troupe which will fill on a first come, first serve basis)

MUSICAL
OIS drama, musical theater and choir director Christina Holling returns to the OIS After School Bulldog Theater to direct the spring musical!
Registration will open in November with an intro class and auditions in early December.
