2026 WEB Day | ALL Incoming 6th Grade Students

All incoming 6th graders are invited to attend WEB Day on Wednesday, August 5th, at 8:30 am. WEB, which stands for Where Everybody Belongs, is a national program that provides 6th graders with guidance and support through the initial year of their middle school experience.

WEB Day is designed to foster a sense of comfort, belonging, and readiness for the OIS experience. The program features small- and large-group interactions, tips for success, and a special campus tour. Beyond the initial days of school, our WEB leaders provide a variety of follow-up activities and social events to support our sixth graders and build relationships throughout the school year. We look forward to meeting and greeting your child Where Everybody's a Bulldog!

Can’t make it to WEB Day? Don’t worry!

We will host an “in case you missed it” WEB Day on Monday, August 10th, from 3:30-5:30 pm at OIS.

Since we will offer a make-up WEB Day, we are asking our incoming 6th-grade families to RSVP for which event they will be attending so that we can plan accordingly. Please fill out this WEB Day RSVP here by August 1st.

The first is Aeries, linked here.

Aeries is where you will access and interact with the Orinda Unified School District, including registering for school, updating emergency contact and health information, and accessing report cards and standardized test scores.
Please note that Aeries will ask for your permission to be listed in the school directory. Clicking this box DOES NOT mean you will automatically be included in the school directory. You need to set up an account (or verify your existing one) on our OIS Parents’ Club website [Membership Toolkit (MTK)] to be included in and access the school directory. Please see below.

Use this website to buy PE clothes, register for after-school theater and sports programs, make sure your family is listed in the school directory, register for fun parent events and/or volunteer opportunities, and, most importantly, make your 2026-2027 ONE donation.
NEW OIS Family: Create an account on this Parent Club website.
RETURNING OIS Family / Moving up from an OUSD elementary school: you should already have an account. You just need to log in to update your information and preferences (log in with your normal MTK email account).
To unlock full access to all the features on MTK, you must add your student(s) if you are new to the school or your student(s) aren’t listed on your account.
