sign up for volunteer events, and stay connected with your community.

Communications for the upcoming year will be sent in late July

from both Orinda Union School District and OIS Parents' Club.

2026-27 Academic Year

1. Register / Re-Register in Aeries Parent Portal & OIS Membership Toolkit (MTK)

Registration opens in Late-July
Registering ensures you receive all communications so you can stay connected to all that is going on in our community.
By registering, you'll be able to purchase and sign-up for things such as:
- PE Uniforms (essential for all students)
- After School Activities (Bulldog Sports, Theater, Improv)
- School Dances (meet new friends!)
- Parent Parties (so fun!)
- Connect with Others Through the OISPC Directory

2. Update your information

Click the login button and fill in the name and primary email used for district registration. If you have used MTK with your elementary school, use that same email and your accounts will be linked.
- Your student(s) are NOT automatically listed in your account even if you completed the Parent Data Confirmation process through AERIES.
- Please ADD your students name(s).

3. Donate to ONE-OIS!

Be sure to click below for important information regarding State funding of the Orinda Union School District, and details about our fundraising needs.
We hope you will consider making a contribution, at this time, which provides personnel and programs vital to our students' success.
Every dollar given is 100% student invested.
